Submission of contributions
Prospective speakers are invited to submit contributions, in the form of two-page abstracts, on any of the Conference topics. Registration and submission of abstracts should be electronic and can be performed here.
Format instructions
Full instructions for writing and submitting contributions are available here. Authors are asked to send their contributions in .pdf format. Other formats will not be accepted.
Acknowledgement of receipt of abstract
The receipt of an abstract will be acknowledged automatically via email.
Author notification
Acceptance / rejection letters for the two-page abstracts will be sent according to the schedule.
Author registration
Scheduling of a contribution for oral presentation at the Conference is conditional upon the acceptance of the two-page abstract and the payment of the presenting author's registration fee for the Conference during the advance period. Further information is available here.
Publication
The Conference Proceedings will consist of a hard-printed book containing the abstracts.
