Registration Fees
In order to participate to the Conference it is necessary to register during the advance period. The registration fees, with early registration applicable if received before June 15, 2011, are:

ECCOMAS members will have a 5% reduction on the delegates fee.
The Delegate fee will include: Conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, reception and banquet.
The Students fee will include: Conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and reception. Student attendees are required to fax (+39 0832 325362) or e-mail to the Congress Secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair, stating that the attendee is a full-time student.
Payment Information
All payments have to be made in Euros through bank transfer to:

Please fill out the payment form and fax it to the Conference Secretariat, enclosing a copy of the bank transfer.
Late registration at the Conference will only be possible by cash payment.
Refund policy: paid registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the Conference. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO refund will be made).
